Once upon a time,
  There lived a sad little girl,
    In a sad little world.

Her body was scratched from fighting,
  Her blood was cold with numbness,
   Her face drooped with a sad little frown.

Her heart was broken by a lost love,
  Her soul was broken by love never found,
    Her heart was broken all to pieces.

One day she found relief,
   She walked by a desolate beach,
    "To drown my sorrows is within my reach"

So down she drowned with her sad little frown,
  Down she drowned with her sad little heart,
  Down, down to the bottom she went.

And as she died she felt at peace,
    Fevered spells ceased,
      Down, down, cradled by the Sea.

And to what surprise when she awoke,
   Rapture did she try to invoke,
    But surprise, she awoke as She,
    A sad little girl to start anew adeiu.
